June 2015 Newsletter

Saul Brothers has been, and continues to be inundated with both domestic and commercial enquires.

We have seen a 50% increase up from last year. This has been very encouraging for the construction industry as a whole as I continually hear only positive feedback and positive funding back to drive businesses forward.

My last newsletter highlighted that as a business we had been very busy with enquires and I am very pleased to confirm that we have been successful in over 60% of our submitted tenders. This conversion rate shows that we are on point with others competing in the market place.

Our design department has been very busy formalising schemes for many domestic clients and we are just about to draw up a new development scheme for our sister company Saul Brothers Developments.

We are just completing of our development of two apartments known as the Black Horse Chequers in Salisbury Town Centre. We are pleased to announce that we have provisionally reserved the apartments for an investor who wishes to acquire both.

The half term break was extremely busy with us undertaking works in for separate school sites. I am delighted to confirm that we have five separate school sites booked for the summer holidays break and we are currently tendering for four more!
